Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting an order

The following is a legal agreement between you and wantjewellery.com. By using this website you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If You do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website. This agreement may be revised or updated without notice. You are advised to review it regularly. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website.

Purchasing
All orders placed with us are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline (i.e. not accept) any order up to the point of the order being dispatched and an invoice for the order being issued. We will not dispatch an order until we have received payment in full for the total value of the order. Automatic confirmation of successful order placement and/or receipt and/or processing a payment for the order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. If we decline your order after a payment for the order has been received/processed we will contact you with the details and refund the payment in full.

Prices & Sizes
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.  Please choose carefully - Enquire before you purchase - Resizing items incur extra charges (please contact us for quote) and returns based on incorrect size will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Stock Availability
We will contact you by either phone or email if the item you ordered is not in stock or is delayed, at which point you may decide to proceed with the order or cancel at no cost. Your credit card is charged only when the order is packaged.

Turnaround Times
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48hours, this depends on payment clearance and courier times. If there is a delay we will contact you.

Payment Methods
We must receive cleared payment in full for the total value of the order before we will accept and start processing your order. Please ensure that you include the order number from the subject of this email in the comments to ensure that your order is not delayed due to difficulty in correctly assigning your payment to your order.

We will release your order for dispatch or collection once payment is confirmed by our bank. Note that while most deposits show up over night, the Australian banking system can take up to 3 days to transfer deposits between some financial institutions.

Want Jewellery takes no responsibility for any delays associated with processing your payment by third-party financial institutions.
Want Jewellery will appear on your Paypal statement for orders placed with us.

Shipping
As standand - All orders will be shipped by Australia Post (500g Platinum Express) unless otherwise organised.   Want Jewellery is not responsible for the parcel after it is processed (tracking number provided) at the Post Office.  Want Jewellery takes all care but no responsibility of damage that occurs during shipping.  Want Jewellery does not offer Insurance on the goods once they have been processed/shipped.  If you require Insurance on your products please contact us and we will organise an insured shipping service at an agreed quoted price payable by purchaser.

Delivery Times
Normal delivery times for items in stock are 1-3 working days using Australia Post. These timelines are guidelines only and Want Jewellery does not take any responsibility for any delays in shipping. 

Order Tracking
To track your order, please log into our website with your account and look at the My Account page. You will be able to see the status of all your orders. We also use the My Account page to display any additional information about your order. Please check the order progress regularly and contact us if there are any issues or concerns.

Additional Fees and Charges
If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction, these may be passed on to you at our discretion. An example of such charges are second delivery charges by couriers as a result of you or someone who can receive the goods not being in attendance at your nominated delivery address when you have specified that the address is attended during normal business hours.

How do I create an account?
Click on the 'register' link near the top right of the screen, and follow the directions to create an account. Alternatively, you can place an order to create an account.

How do I change my account details?
After logging in, click on the 'update' button near the top right of the screen and then change your details.

Termination
Want Jewellery can terminate your account for any reason after sending you a written notice as proof of identity. Upon termination Want Jewellery will remove all your information from the website.

Order Cancellations
We are very flexible with order cancellation and allow cancelling the order up to the point when you receive and sign for the goods. However, if we incur costs as result of the cancellation, we will pass these on to you, so please research and choose the products carefully and consider how you pay for your purchase. Also, please note that all cancellations must be done or confirmed by email. The following policies apply on order cancellations where the order is cancelled as a result of the customer changing their mind:

Credit Card Handling Fees - For order cancellations paid for by Credit Card (NOT PayPal), the Credit Card Handling Fee of 2.5% is not refundable, as this fee is charged by the bank and is not refunded to us when an order is cancelled and we have to issue a refund.

Freight Costs & Shipping Insurance - If you cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, the freight cost and shipping insurance will not be refunded, as we will not be refunded this cost by the courier. Please note that an order in the status of Shipping may have already been shipped but not yet updated on our website.

Restocking Fees – A 20% re-stocking fee may apply, as depending on the item and supplier we may be charged this fee.

Refund and Return Policy
No part of the Refunds and Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the Trade Practices Act or equivalent State and Territory legislation

Refunds
Please notify us, as soon as practicably possible, if you receive goods you find to be faulty or wish to make a return. If 14 days after purchase has lapsed, we are not obliged to honor your return/refund. Please research the products carefully before placing an order, as we generally do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered goods or if you change your mind once you have received the goods.
Refunds will only be made when there is a manufacturing fault & the product is under warranty. The manufacturer will examine & determine the fault & decide on the outcome. Want Jewellery is not obliged to advance replace your product. Customers must also produce proof of purchase. Refunds are processed via the same method payment was received. Only the price of the goods returned and accepted (less any shipping) is refunded if applicable.
Faulty goods or returns should be sent to Want Jewellery at your own cost.  

Exchanges will only be made if the purchased goods are returned within 7 days. The goods must be returned with proof of purchase in their original packaging and condition. If an exchange is not required at that time, a credit voucher for the dollar value of the returned product will be issued.

We take no responsibility for incorrect choice of product or for any hardware/software compatibility issues. The customer is ultimately responsible for researching the product specifications from the manufacturer and other resources and selecting the appropriate product to meet their requirements. If at our sole discretion, we decide to accept non-faulty goods for a refund, a re-stocking fee of 20% may be charged and other non-refundable costs incurred by us (i.e. Credit Card Handling Fee and Freight Costs) will be passed on.

You warrant that you are of legal age to use the website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the website. You agree that you are responsible for all of your use of the site including for the use of your account by others.

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any share price information, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) ("information") and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. Want Jewellery reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. Alteration
Want Jewellery may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

Indemnification
