We do not have stock to touch and feel because we only make each piece once so that our pieces are always unique and do not directly copy any design.

We are Custom Specialists that pride ourselves on making our clients extremely happy. We do not mass advertise and we generally meet our clients through personal referral.

When we are commissioned, we take into consideration the following:

• The purpose of the piece; for example an Engagement Ring must be durable and comfortable for everyday wear, where as an occasional dress ring can be more delicate and “out there”. However, if an Engagement Ring is to be “out there” we will make it so that it will last
  
  
• The materials supplied by the client (if remodeling) are extremely important as finding a unique way of incorporating the materials together is often challenging, but the results are very rewarding.
  
  
• The client’s concept is paramount – we make it for you to love. Sometimes the weirdest & most technically challenging design requests seem impossible (almost), but we always find a way to make it happen.
  
  
• We understand people communicate in different ways so with this in mind we employ several different methods to ensure the piece is exactly as the client dreams (or better).
  

Our methods include:

• Brain storming session with the client
• Hand drawn sketch/s (usually for handmade items)
• Computer Aided Design (CAD); 3 dimensional rendering and modeling of the piece
• Rapid Prototyping or hand wax carving (production of a wax model, of the actual piece before it is produced)
  

• We pride ourselves on being respectful of each client's budget. It is not in our nature to taunt or pressure the client; it is our job to help them acquire the ring of their dreams within their budget, by providing a range of solutions and options.


• Quality is something we do not compromise on and we do not cut corners. We always advise clients to do it right the first time.
